I’m a new client — where do I start?
We recommend booking a complimentary consultation for all new clients. Our team will guide you through the process and create a personalised plan tailored to your hair goals, lifestyle and maintenance preferences.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes we offer personalised consultations for all colour services and transformations. We believe every great hair journey starts with a conversation, allowing us to understand your goals, hair history and desired maintenance before your appointment.
If you are booking in for Hair Extensions, we require a consultation before booking for Hair extension service to be done. The cost of the deposit will be advised upon consultation. Your appointment will not be secured until Peaches Hair Studio has received the transfer receipt. The deposit will be redeemed against your service on the day of your appointment.
What services do you specialise in?
At Peaches Hair Studio, we specialise in lived-in colour, dimensional blondes, effortless brunettes and healthy, low-maintenance hair. Our approach focuses on creating beautiful, wearable colour while maintaining the long-term health and integrity of your hair.
How often should I maintain my colour?
Maintenance varies depending on your desired result and lifestyle. Many of our lived-in colour services are designed for softer grow out and lower maintenance, while brighter blondes or high-impact colours may require more regular appointments. Your stylist will recommend a maintenance plan suited specifically to you.
What products do you use?
We work with premium professional brands including Kérastase and Wella to deliver high-performance results while prioritising the health and condition of your hair.
What is the Peaches salon experience like?
Peaches is designed to feel elevated yet welcoming — combining luxury hairdressing with a relaxed coastal atmosphere. From personalised service to thoughtful details, we want every client to feel comfortable, cared for and completely at ease throughout their visit.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
All appointments require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation. Deposits are redeemable toward your appointment total and help us manage our schedule to provide the best experience for all clients.Your deposit payment can be made online, securely through our booking partner, Fresha. You will receive a link to make this payment when booking online, or via email shortly after making a phone or in-salon booking
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. As our appointments are carefully reserved for each guest, late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a cancellation fee of the 50% deposit.
What if I’m running late?
If you’re running behind, please contact the salon as soon as possible. While we will always do our best to accommodate you, arriving late may impact the services we are able to complete during your appointment time.
Do you offer complimentary beverages?
Yes, we want your appointment to feel relaxing and enjoyable from beginning to end. Complimentary refreshments are available for all clients during their visit.

We are located in the heart of Peregian Beach on the Sunshine Coast, offering a relaxed coastal salon experience with convenient nearby parking.
